Sublet would start in late June and go to the end of August but start and end dates are negotiable. Rent is at $795 but also negotiable. Bed comes with the apartment as can any furniture that is needed. All living room furniture also comes with the apartment. The apartment has a spacious living room, kitchen and pantry and has a storage unit and laundry machines in the basement. It is a five minute walk to either the Foster or Noyes L stops.
